Eating Disorder Treatment Phoenix

When an individual is struggling with anorexia, bulimia, excessive exercising and excessive overeating, Valley Clinical Services offers a wide range of therapeutic services to support individuals in pursuing recovery. The therapists at Valley Clinical Services will meet with the individual to assess them, consult with their primary care physician and create an individualized treatment plan and meal plan. Treatment can include meeting with a therapist one-on-one, or as a family and Intensive Outpatient Eating Disorder (IOPED) group. The IOPED program uses a curriculum based on best practices for treating Eating Disorders. The group meets 3 hours, 3 times a week incorporating education on health and nutrition, journaling, group processing, food experiential and family psycho-educational sessions.
